  1. https://timelessberry.com/ All copyrights, neighboring rights, and any other rights under intellectual property laws including [Japan’s] Copyright Act that arise from the musical compositions and text content within this website (Timelessberry) are attributed to the website administrator "©Luto Suzuna" (hereinafter, "we/our/us").
  2. https://timelessberry.com/ Illustrations used for the design of this website are copyrighted materials provided by Illustrator "Cu", designed solely for Timelessberry. Authority of usage is attributed to us. Unauthorized use or reproduction without permission from "Cu" is strictly prohibited.
  3. Falsely claiming authorship of the provided contents is strictly forbidden.
  4. You may cite text contents provided within this page: https://timelessberry.com/xx/column/ Citations must be annotated with a referral or a link to the sourced page.
  5. Additional terms are required for the usage of musical assets. Please check the contents before use.
  6. We will not be liable for any damages you may incur from the usage of this website.
  7. The interpretation of these Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of Japan in the event of any dispute.
  8. In the event of any dispute in regards to these terms, the "Osaka" District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
  9. Caution in regards to usage with AI:
    • Regardless of whether individual or corporate, if data with rights attributed to “Luto Suzuna” is used for AI, this shall be taken as consent for granting the following to us: authority to view, use, modify the database and internal source code of said AI without restriction.
    • The user(s) shall agree that authorities granted to "Luto Suzuna" may be invoked without prior notice, and we shall not be liable for any damages due to said invocation of authorities.
    • Users who provided data to AI will be penalized depending on the severity of infringement.
    • Usage with AI in any way, shape or form is highly discouraged.
  10. If profit is accrued from copyright infringment and/or the AI trained with data from contents of this website, the infringers and/or the user(s) of said AI shall agree to provide appropriate compensation to "Luto Suzuna".
  11. These terms are made in Japanese and translated into English. The Japanese version is the original and the English version is for reference. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these two versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
  12. You may use this website in accordance with the stated terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use").

These terms are provided for the purpose of protecting the author’s rights, specification of usage rights for users, and preserving the literacy of AI use.

In order to prevent acts of impersonation or misunderstandings due to copies or imitations of the author’s works (which may not accurately reflect the original author’s intent), please be advised that impersonators, and users of AI trained on the data of said works will be subject to penalty.
